Final

In this photo I used the Narrative purpose, three elements of art, and three purposes of design. The three elements I used are value, space and texture. The three purposes I used are emphasis, proportion, and unity. Together all of there things combine to make the art what it is. The narrative story in this artwork is that the little girl is crying because someone she loved has died. Using value helps make the picture seem more sad and fit the story better. The negative space in the background makes the girl seem more alone. The emphasis in the picture is of course the girl. Having emphasis in the photo is important because it helps the veiwer understand that the story is centered on her. The unity in the picture is also important beacause it helps make the photo look complete. Each concept in the picture is important beacuase it helps make the photo more understandable.
